I've spent the last few months slowly developing content and ideas, thinking about a way to provide ongoing information, support and reassurance, as well as engagement, for busy expectant and new parents.
I want to offer something meaningful and consistent where you can read, watch, ask questions and gather the knowledge, perspective and confidence that you need.
As a member of this community - which is for expectant and new parents everywhere - you can:
● read a range of birth & baby posts, share comments and ask questions
● access a library of courses & guides in your own time
● take part in monthly Q&A conversations
● watch birth & baby videos and ask questions
Membership is starting at £4.50 a month and it's specifically focused on supporting you as you prepare for birth & baby, and as you navigate the first few months as a parent with a new baby.
The posts and videos will be short, useful and easy to read and you will be able to access it all in your own time.
■ My aim is to grow the number of community members slowly, to develop it in a responsive way, so it never gets too busy that parents feel lost within it.

As a practitioner, I have worked with expectant and new parents for over 20 years.
My experience means I listen, inform, support and reassure. I am honest, open and passionate about working with you as an individual so you can focus on what matters to you.
Developing this space for expectant and new parents is really important to me so I can provide good information, a place for questions and discussion, consistency, an experienced perspective and greater awareness of the challenges.
My role is not to tell you what to do, it is to give you knowledge and confidence so you can prepare, plan, make decisions, know your options and manage the challenges.
